On Sale Tarkett Johnsonite Melodia Medium Cool Beige 970 Green Vinyl 24 x 24 Tile addresses the real needs of busy commercial spaces where low maintenance and resilience matter. You’re looking at a homogeneous vinyl tile that’s built for lasting use, thanks to its consistent 2 mm thickness and solid construction. Each 24 x 24-inch tile fits side by side without fuss, making large areas easier to finish and edge lines tidier without a patchwork effect.
The Medium Cool Beige 970 leans into a green-based neutral that manages to be neither too stark nor too warm, which is actually a tough balance to strike in commercial color palettes. It adapts well to different lighting, and its subtle hue often helps space feel more open and calm. You don’t have to worry about the floor taking over the room-it sets the right backdrop for interiors that need to work for years without constant change.
Performance features stand out: the surface resists stains and scratches, showing much less wear over time even under heavy foot traffic, rolling chairs, or continuous cleaning. Spills don’t linger and normal marks wipe up easily, which keeps overall upkeep straightforward and stress-free. The homogeneous construction means any nicks or scuffs won’t reveal a different layer underneath-the surface stays uniform and presentable for the life of the tile.
The glue-down installation method helps keep tiles secure and stable, an important consideration in environments like schools, waiting areas, or hospital corridors where loose edges simply aren’t acceptable. Tiles at this size mean less joint exposure and faster installation cycles, which is always appreciated on tighter deadlines or during phased renovation work.
This product is made in the USA, so buyers benefit from reliable supply and manufacturing standards that align with commercial project timelines.
