Tarkett Johnsonite iQ Optima Grey White 886 Vinyl 24 x 24 Tile delivers practical durability and a uniform look for busy commercial spaces. The homogeneous construction keeps the color and pattern consistent from top to bottom, even after years of wear or heavy foot traffic, which makes it a solid fit for offices, schools, or any demanding area where maintenance and longevity matter.
Color-wise, the Grey White 886 sits in a neutral zone-light enough to brighten a room, subtle enough to pair with almost any interior palette. Each tile measures a straightforward 24 inches by 24 inches, so installation runs quickly and the modular grid is easy to lay out in both wide-open areas and smaller, angular spaces. At 2 mm thick, it balances a low profile with enough substance to stand up to rolling furniture or shifting weight, while remaining simple to clean.
This tile is slip resistant, which is a non-negotiable for many commercial applications, from healthcare corridors to retail floors. It adheres using a glue-down installation, offering a stable surface that stays put even under constant movement or use. The included 10-year commercial warranty underlines the confidence in its durability-something you’d expect from Tarkett, whose commercial floors are engineered to last.
If you prefer efficient sourcing, the option for Hassle Free Pick Up streamlines delivery, keeping your project on schedule and costs down. This square tile format works well for both full-room coverage and smaller-scale repairs, with each piece interchangeable thanks to the homogeneous build. Every tile is Made in the USA, adding another degree of trust for buyers prioritizing domestic manufacturing alongside performance.
If you’re balancing maintenance, longevity, and a clean look-especially in environments that can’t afford to shut down for frequent floor replacements-Tarkett Johnsonite iQ Optima Grey White 886 makes a logical, proven choice. It covers the basics without shortcuts: consistent color, simple installation, and a build that holds up where it counts.
