Wholesale Pricing Tarkett iQ Optima Light Green 843 Homogeneous Vinyl is built for environments where durability and easy upkeep are mandatory. This sheet vinyl comes in a 6 feet 6 inches width and runs up to 82 feet 7 inches in length, making it a fit for large, uninterrupted installations like hospitals, schools, or retail floors that demand tight seams and a continuous appearance.
Made in the USA and constructed as a true homogeneous product throughout its 2 mm thickness, every layer is the same material-there’s no top wear layer, so even after years of hard use or heavy buffing, color and pattern stay consistent. The directionally patterned finish in Light Green 843 gives the floor depth and movement without being loud; it looks clean and modern but doesn’t overwhelm.
Durability is at the heart of the iQ Optima series. It carries a 20-year commercial warranty and is engineered for heavy commercial and heavy industrial use. You’re looking at a surface that tolerates rolling loads, foot traffic, and frequent cleaning without a second thought. The new iQ PUR finish means no waxing is needed, ever-just routine maintenance and dry-buff restoration if you want to refresh its appearance. It saves time and lowers maintenance costs in busy spaces.
Installation is glue-down, offering a secure, smooth fit over concrete or approved substrates. Because of its width and the continuous sheet format, seams are minimized, helping control moisture and keeping maintenance straightforward. The series is produced in the United States, which benefits projects where domestic sourcing, shipping reliability, or compliance matters to the specifier or end user.
Variation options include the full iQ Optima palette, but Light Green 843 offers a calm, professional look adaptable to a range of healthcare, education, and corporate settings. Accessories can include weld rods and compatible adhesives for fully integrated installs; these options help ensure water resistance and a unified appearance across large square footage.
