The 3M Scotch Window Insulation Kit is a cost-effective solution for sealing interior windows against cold drafts and heat loss. This DIY-friendly kit uses clear heat shrink film and Scotch window film mounting tape to create an airtight thermal barrier that keeps warm air in and cold drafts out. Ideal for homeowners and renters seeking a non-invasive weatherization upgrade, the kit delivers immediate draft relief and helps maintain consistent indoor comfort during winter months.
By applying a transparent plastic film across your windows, you create an invisible insulating layer that traps warm air inside while blocking cold air from entering. The shrink film technology ensures a tight seal that lasts the entire season, and the clear material is virtually undetectable once installed, blending seamlessly into any room’s décor.
