The 3M Interior Window Insulator Kit is a heat-shrink window film system designed to keep cold drafts out and warm air in through windows. This oversized kit covers one large window opening up to 6’8″ x 19’5″ and uses clear shrink film that adheres with 3M Scotch mounting tape. It provides an effective weatherization solution for reducing heating costs and maintaining comfort during cold months.
The kit works by creating a sealed layer over your window that reduces heat loss and air infiltration. The clear film stays transparent so you maintain your view through the window. Once installed, it remains in place all season long thanks to the Scotch tape technology that bonds firmly to frame surfaces without slipping.
