The Stanley 10-189C is a self-retracting utility knife designed for safe, efficient cutting tasks like opening cartons and boxes. The spring-loaded blade retracts automatically when you release pressure on the slide button, keeping the sharp edge safely hidden between the knife halves when not in use. This safer design means the blade is only exposed when the knife is actively in use.
Built with a durable die-cast handle and carbon steel blade, this utility knife delivers reliable performance for everyday cutting needs. The contour-grip design reduces hand fatigue during extended use, while the safety orange color provides high visibility.
