Obtain Deals with Tarkett Johnsonite Melodia Red 684 Vinyl 24 x 24 Tile – a commercial floor tile built for spaces where daily wear is the expectation, not the exception. It’s a straightforward 24-inch square format at a consistent 2 mm thickness, so you’ll get a uniform look across large open areas, and it’s thick enough to resist everyday scuffs in a busy corridor.
The color reads as a confident red, bold without being jarring, and carries well from one tile to the next thanks to its homogeneous construction. Every piece is manufactured to look exactly like the next – there are no patterns to match or grain lines to fuss over. What you see with your first box is exactly what you get with your last. Stain-resistant and scratch-resistant features are part of the core, not a surface treatment, which matters over years of cleaning and foot traffic. The glue-down installation method means once it’s in, it’s not shifting, curling, or popping up under pressure from carts or rolling chairs.
Each tile is finished to resist stains and surface damage, and the dense wear layer is integral to the tile itself – not an added film that can peel or fade with heavy commercial use. With a 10-year commercial warranty, you have confidence this isn’t a short-term fix. The square format also keeps layout simple, whether you’re covering a classroom, retail site, or healthcare area, and the 24 x 24 size means fewer seams and a cleaner finished appearance.
Cleaning is about as simple as it gets: a damp mop or standard maintenance equipment will do. It’s intentionally made to fit both high-traffic installations and projects that need an even, repeatable color from wall to wall. Those seeking reliable performance over time without complicated maintenance processes will appreciate what’s here.
