Buy Now Tarkett iQ Optima Soft Light Grey 946 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide brings together a substantial width of 6 feet 6 inches and a length that stretches to 82 feet 7 inches, giving you a practical solution for projects where coverage and continuity matter. The 2 mm thickness handles heavy commercial and industrial traffic with ease, from hospital corridors to busy classrooms, holding up well through constant activity and repeated cleanings. This is a homogeneous vinyl, so the color and directional pattern run consistently throughout the entire material-any scratches or scuffs stay discreet instead of revealing unexpected layers beneath the surface. The Soft Light Grey shade offers a calm, professional background that works easily with a range of commercial interiors, making it one of those rare options that stays useful as styles shift around it. Tarkett’s iQ PUR finish eliminates the need for waxing and allows for dry-buff restoration, saving time on upkeep and cutting ongoing maintenance costs. Installation is glue-down, providing a secure feel underfoot and cutting down on potential issues over the years. The flooring is produced in the United States, which keeps lead times predictable while supporting reliable sourcing for large jobs or phased renovations. Tarkett backs this series with a 20-year commercial warranty, so you can count on it for long stretches without having to plan for early replacement. Maintenance is straightforward-no specialty chemicals or complicated treatments-another reason it ends up getting specified again and again for demanding environments. For anyone planning out new builds or tackling a high-traffic remodel, this product is available by the square foot, making it easy to order precisely what you need while sticking to project requirements.
