Top Grade Tarkett iQ Optima Soft Brown 977 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide is built for environments where heavy traffic isn’t an exception-it’s the rule. You’re looking at a vinyl flooring solution with true commercial and industrial credentials, backed by a 20-year commercial warranty and made right here in the United States. This isn’t a surface that gets worn down quickly, even in spaces that see steady footfall every day.
At 2 mm thick and 6 feet 6 inches wide, this homogeneous sheet vinyl covers substantial ground with fewer seams, which means faster installation and less opportunity for dirt or moisture to sneak in along the edges. The Soft Brown 977 color doesn’t try to steal attention but has a directional pattern that keeps it from looking flat. That texture helps with visual continuity in large, open spaces, especially under steady overhead lighting.
Maintenance is about as straightforward as it gets. There’s no waxing required-period. The finish is Tarkett’s new iQ PUR, engineered specifically for dry-buff restoration. When you want to bring back that original sheen, a dry buffer does the trick, saving time over more involved maintenance regimens typical for commercial flooring. The glue down installation keeps this flooring firmly in place, avoiding curling or movement under rolling loads, carts, or chairs.
For projects that need flooring to match both rigorous use and long-term value, this iQ Optima sheet is a practical option. It’s manufactured in the USA and offered by the square foot, so you can order precisely what your layout needs without waste.
