Order Online for Speedy Delivery-Tarkett iQ Optima Sand 822 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide is the answer for projects that need proven commercial-grade durability in a warm beige palette. If you’re working on a space with sustained heavy foot or machine traffic-schools, healthcare, or industrial facilities-this sheet vinyl stands up. The construction is homogeneous, so the 2 mm thickness runs true top to bottom, with no wear layer to wear through. Color and pattern continue down through the full depth, which means scuff marks and scratches remain far less visible, and the surface cleans up quickly.
The sheet format comes in a width of 6 feet 6 inches and a maximum length of 82 feet 7 inches, which lets you cover larger spaces with fewer seams. This matters when you’re trying to keep maintenance practical and hygiene up-especially in environments where spills or routine cleaning are common. The directional pattern gives it a subtle visual movement, breaking up monotony on floors that would otherwise read as solid color but without being distracting or high-contrast.
Installation requires glue down, which keeps the floor locked in place even under intense industrial use. You’re not fiddling with click joints or overlap edges-just a solid, reliable bond to the subfloor, ready for use after curing. This entire series is made in the United States, so you know supply chains are predictable and quality controls are in place. For cleaning, dry-buff restoration is all that’s needed, and the “New iQ PUR” finish means you skip waxing entirely-another practical advantage when budgeting for long-term upkeep.
There’s a 20-year commercial warranty backing it, a detail that makes a difference on projects with long commitment cycles or procurement contracts. The surface is engineered for easy maintenance-just regular mopping, with no harsh chemicals or specialty products required. For a closer technical breakdown or to spec for a bid, it’s all readily available through Tarkett or their official distributors. Variations in the Optima series allow matching shades across facility zones.
If you need an overview, or want to see where the full color range lands this is the official Tarkett iQ Optima page for specs, certifications, and additional documentation. Getting coverage or samples sorted is just a click away-no protracted quote or site visit required.
