Low Cost Online Tarkett iQ Optima Neutral Grey 242 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide brings durable commercial flooring to workspaces that see constant movement. This flooring is built specifically for heavy commercial and industrial spaces, and the 2 mm thickness gives each roll a solid, substantial feel that holds up under long-term use. That means you’re not worrying about wear patterns or tired seams a couple years down the road-all while maintaining an even appearance thanks to its homogeneous construction.
The width here isn’t an afterthought-6 feet 6 inches wide rolls cover open areas efficiently, which limits the number of seams and helps reduce installation time. Measuring 82 feet 7 inches in length, each roll lets you cover large spaces with fewer joins, ideal when you want a cleaner look or when time is tight on commercial projects. The neutral grey shade carries a directional pattern that acts as a subtle base under almost any lighting or decor, providing a professional tone in offices, schools, clinics, or production floors.
You’re getting the latest iQ PUR finish, which has a practical angle: it requires no regular waxing and can be dry-buffed back to its original sheen, which most facility managers appreciate after that third late-night cleanup call. Maintenance is straightforward-daily dirt lifts quickly, and there’s no special solution needed to keep the finish intact. This is a detail that matters more in busy environments, where staff need flooring they can trust, not an added layer of work.
The glue down installation is standard for this type of flooring, giving a secure fit so it stays in place even in high-traffic corridors and manufacturing zones. Every roll is produced in the United States, and the 20-year commercial warranty is a quiet show of confidence from Tarkett. If you need specifications or installation manuals, you’ll find them through this link-it’s worth a look if your project calls for solid numbers or compliance verification.
Tarkett’s iQ Optima series stands out in facilities that can’t stop for downtime. Heavy-duty, easy maintenance, and an understated, clean look in neutral grey-that’s how this flooring earns its place in workspaces where performance is non-negotiable.
