Available now and Ready to Ship. Tarkett iQ Optima Light Olive Green 837 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide is designed for spaces where reliability, style, and performance need to work together. The 2 mm thickness holds up against years of rolling carts, frequent cleaning, and daily foot traffic-qualities that matter whether you’re managing a busy healthcare corridor or speccing out a classroom with hundreds of students passing through. There’s no surface waxing required, and the dry-buff restoration system helps keep maintenance costs lower over the lifetime of the floor.
This vinyl comes in a light olive green shade-distinct but not overwhelming, and neutral enough to coordinate with different interior schemes. Measuring 6 feet 6 inches wide, you can cover larger areas with fewer seams, which not only looks clean but also simplifies installation and maintenance. The surface features a directional texture that creates subtle movement under overhead lighting, bringing a sense of dimension without visual clutter on the floor.
iQ Optima is constructed as a homogeneous sheet, so color and pattern run all the way through the material. That pays off if you’re dealing with dents or scuffs down the line-just a quick restoration brings back the look and finish. It’s rated for heavy commercial and even heavy industrial use, with a 20-year commercial warranty backing up the claim. You’ll be working with an installation that uses a glue-down method, making it a solid fit for permanent high-traffic settings where you need the floor to stay put year after year.
All manufacturing is done in the United States, and the product is priced per square foot for easier budgeting on projects big and small. For further technical details, project-specific questions, and availability, see the official product page at lemonflooring.com.
