Large Savings for Tarkett iQ Optima Blend Sand 996 Beige Homogeneous Vinyl 6 Feet 6 inches Wide by 2 mm is made to handle steady foot traffic and challenging commercial settings. Made in the USA, it’s a solution chosen for locations where floors need to hold up over years without becoming a maintenance headache or showing wear too quickly. The sand tone in this offering keeps things neutral without feeling washed out, and the directional pattern provides a subtle shift that breaks up large spaces visually, while still staying understated enough for multipurpose use.
Each roll spans a substantial 6 feet 6 inches in width and stretches up to 82 feet 7 inches in length. That wider cut actually helps reduce seams, which isn’t just about looks-it makes cleaning simpler and lowers the risk of seam separation over time. At 2 mm thick, it carries enough substance underfoot to be comfortable without interfering with doors or transitions, and the homogeneous construction means even high-use corridors won’t show as much damage because the color and pattern run through the full thickness of the material.
You’re looking at a sheet vinyl that’s finished with Tarkett’s iQ PUR surface technology. No waxing or aggressive treatments required: daily maintenance is primarily dry or damp mopping, and restoration of finish can be managed with simple dry buffing, which keeps downtime to a minimum. The glue-down installation ensures a stable floor even in spaces moved on by carts or heavy equipment-the adhesive application means it stays flat and in place without shifting or bubbling.
Heavy commercial and industrial projects see the benefit of this material’s resistance to wear and its long service life. The series offers a 20-year commercial warranty, a clear acknowledgment of the expected performance standards. Because this isn’t just about surviving one season; it’s made to handle years of steady use in classrooms, healthcare corridors, retail, or public passageways.
