Save Big with Tarkett iQ Motion Dark Brick 418 Homogeneous Vinyl brings a terrazzo-inspired style in a saturated red that actually outlasts trends and foot traffic. This 6 feet 6 inches wide commercial flooring delivers a uniform 2 mm thickness from edge to edge, so you know exactly what you’re getting whether you’re covering a small medical suite or a sprawling open-plan office. You’re working with a true homogeneous construction here-meaning the color and pattern run all the way through each sheet, making scratches and nicks less noticeable over the years.
Tarkett engineered this for resilience in places where maintenance budgets and uptime matter-think hospital corridors, schools, or retail environments that never get a break. The iQ PUR surface finish is built for heavy-duty use, handling high-traffic scenarios and heavy rolling loads. If you’ve ever had to deal with keep-up cycles on older vinyl, the no-waxing-required maintenance and dry-buff restoration are legitimately game changers, saving you hours of labor and extending the floor’s visual appeal year after year. Medical stain resistance and a 20-year commercial warranty round out the functional side.
Installation is glue down only-no floating tricks here-which means a flatter, more secure surface that sits tight in labs, lobbies, or classrooms. The Red color, labeled Dark Brick 418, comes with a matte finish that manages to look clean in high-visibility zones without drawing attention to every scuff. The terrazzo pattern adds subtle movement but doesn’t overwhelm the space. Each roll comes 6.56 feet wide, simplifying wall-to-wall applications and reducing seams for a more streamlined install.
If details matter, this flooring is proudly made in the USA and specifically designed to tackle the realities of heavy commercial and even industrial usage. Use it anywhere the spec calls for durability first-hospitals, clinics, manufacturing, or busy municipal offices. For more on this series: Tarkett iQ Motion Collection at Lemon Flooring.
