Nationwide Top Dealer Tarkett iQ Granit Soft White Sand 527 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide is designed for demanding commercial and industrial spaces where performance comes first. Made in the USA, this flooring delivers strength through its homogeneous construction and 2 mm thickness, offering consistent durability across the entire 82′ 7″ length and 6′ 6″ width profile. The beige Soft White Sand 527 color provides a neutral foundation that adapts easily to a wide range of interiors, from healthcare corridors to classrooms, retail spaces, and beyond.
What distinguishes Tarkett’s iQ Granit series is the specialized iQ PUR finish, engineered for superior wear and abrasion resistance while eliminating the need for waxing and simplifying routine maintenance. Its stain-resistant surface holds up to frequent spills and heavy foot traffic, and the dry-buff restoration feature means appearance can be refreshed over time without harsh chemicals or downtime. Beneath the finish, the directional pattern helps hide scuffs and everyday marks, supporting a clean look throughout intense use.
Installation is glue-down, offering lasting stability with minimal movement over time-a detail that matters in large-scale applications or areas with highway-level activity. The 20-year commercial warranty backs up the claim, giving your facility long-term coverage that’s rarely matched at this price per square foot. Every roll is manufactured to support heavy industrial workloads without compromising on appearance or cleaning efficiency. For those who appreciate straightforward care, this product offers strong resistance to both abrasion and common staining agents, which can be a money-saver in the long run.
Color consistency and even texturing are hallmarks of these rolls: you won’t see abrupt pattern seams or distracting variations, and wide-format coverage means fewer joints and smoother installation. Whether specifying for a new build or retrofit, this product is engineered to meet the daily realities of commercial projects. For more information, see Tarkett iQ Granit at Lemon Flooring.
