Largest Retailer Tarkett iQ Granit Soft Sand Brown 752 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide is built for environments where longevity and consistent performance take priority. Each roll measures 6 feet 6 inches in width and is supplied per square foot, so you have flexibility in ordering just what you need for healthcare facilities, education environments, or large commercial projects. With a 2 mm homogeneous construction, the color and directional pattern go all the way through the layer-surface scratches and wear remain discreet rather than standing out as they do with layered products.
The Soft Sand Brown 752 shade is a neutral, warm brown that fits comfortably into a wide range of commercial palettes, supporting both new construction and renovation work. The continuous directional pattern helps mask day-to-day dirt and traffic, giving high-traffic corridors and rooms a tidy, well-kept appearance for longer. Minimal seams are possible thanks to the generous width, making installation more efficient and reducing long-term maintenance points.
This homogeneous vinyl resists stains, abrasion, and wear even in demanding applications thanks to its formulation and the iQ PUR finish. No waxing is required-routine cleaning is simple, and periodic dry-buffing is enough to restore the surface to its original look. These properties make maintenance manageable for facility management teams needing to keep floors presentable with minimal labor and downtime.
Installation is glue-down, which means the flooring adheres closely to the subfloor-no shifting, curling at the edges, or hollow echo underfoot. This is particularly important for healthcare, retail, and institutional spaces where safety and acoustic performance both matter. The surface and construction together support heavy use, and repairs blend in due to the consistent material throughout the sheet.
Manufactured in the USA and covered by a 20-year commercial warranty, Tarkett iQ Granit Soft Sand Brown 752 is a practical choice for contractors, owners, and facility managers seeking a surface that holds up to daily activity and simplifies upkeep.
