Best Prices Available Tarkett iQ Granit Soft Black Grey 627 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide offers consistent, heavy-use flooring for commercial sectors that demand unwavering reliability. If easy maintenance and extended wear life are at the top of your requirements, this is a practical pick-built to withstand foot traffic, equipment movement, and regular cleaning without losing its look.
The gray color with a soft black undertone and subtle directional pattern fits right in where a neutral, modern surface is needed but where overly trendy or busy visuals would be a distraction. Each roll spans 6 feet 6 inches wide, making coverage fast and reducing seams, with a 2 mm thickness that holds up in busy hallways and commercial spaces. You buy it per square foot, matching your project’s size-no wasteful overruns or piecing together short remnants.
This floor features a homogeneous construction, meaning the color and material run throughout the entire thickness. That’s why scratches and scuffs can be dry-buffed out, avoiding the need for frequent replacement. There’s no waxing required, which keeps both downtime and long-term upkeep to a minimum. The iQ PUR finish resists stains, abrasion, and harsh cleaning cycles-a necessary benefit for healthcare, retail, or education environments where floors take a beating every day.
It’s installed using the glue-down method, which gives you a firmly bonded surface that won’t shift or bubble under heavy use. For large-scale projects, the generous width and offered length help installers work faster and deliver a smooth, uninterrupted look across broad areas. Tarkett backs it all with a 20-year commercial warranty for added confidence about performance over time.
Optional adhesives and weld rods are available for finishing edges and seams, ensuring the entire installation holds strong and looks consistent even in high-stress zones. If you’re after practical flooring that manages ongoing use with minimal bother and maintains its appearance, iQ Granit Soft Black Grey 627 meets the criteria.
