Up to 40% Off on Tarkett iQ Eminent Sand 883 Homogeneous Vinyl 6.56′ Wide makes large-scale flooring projects far less daunting, both in installation and budget. The whole roll arrives in a soft beige tone, bringing a practical color that reduces the visibility of dust and scuffs-something every high-traffic facility will appreciate. Made in the USA, it’s sold by the square foot, so you’re not paying for waste, and the consistent width of 6 feet 6 inches simplifies calculating your material needs. The 2 mm thickness isn’t bulky underfoot but still brings peace of mind for busy spaces where durability is a daily requirement.
What stands out about this vinyl is its homogeneous construction, which means the color and pattern extend through the entire wear layer instead of sitting just on the surface. Even after years of use, stains and scratches stay less noticeable, and you’re not left with worn-out patches that need patching or hiding. The non-directional 3D pattern in the Sand 883 finish gives you enough texture to read as modern but doesn’t fight for attention; it’s quietly practical, especially when you want the room to look clean without calling out floor maintenance.
The glue down installation lends better stability versus floating vinyl, especially over large runs-good news for busy corridors or open-plan office zones. There’s no need for waxing, just a periodic dry-buff for restoration, which means less downtime and fewer chemicals in the routine. Tarkett’s iQ PUR finish is built for heavy commercial and industrial service, stacking up with abrasion and stain resistance that can handle almost anything from rolling chairs to supply carts. Toss in a 20-year commercial warranty, and you have a surface that’s made to be lived and worked on hard.
Each roll measures 75.5 feet in length and 6 feet 6 inches across, giving you flexibility for expansive runs with fewer seams, and an easier time matching up adjacent sheets. The product ships from the US, and even at this commercial grade, price per square foot keeps overall project costs in check. If you’re after a floor that wears its utility as plainly as its color, this Tarkett series sets a standard for businesses expected to look sharp but work even sharper.
