Top Rated Tarkett iQ Eminent Clay 887 Brown Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring 6 Feet 6 inches Wide x 75.5 Feet delivers lasting durability and performance in high-traffic commercial environments. Manufactured in the United States, this 2 mm thick homogeneous vinyl flooring is built for heavy commercial and industrial use, with a 20-year commercial warranty that speaks to its reliability over time.
The roll measures 6 feet 6 inches in width and approximately 75.5 feet in length, allowing for broad coverage with fewer seams-ideal for large rooms, corridors, and public spaces. Fewer seams not only support a cleaner overall look but also make maintenance simpler by limiting potential weak spots where moisture or debris could collect. The Clay 887 Brown color has a neutral yet practical appearance that fits well in a variety of spaces without overshadowing other elements in the room.
One distinct advantage is the non-directional 3D pattern, which works to conceal daily scuffs and marks while providing a subtle sense of depth and movement on the floor surface. This visual breaks up dirt and wear, helping the space retain a consistently fresh and professional appearance. The New iQ PUR finish eliminates the need for waxing-so daily and periodic care becomes more straightforward, as dry-buff restoration keeps it looking its best without repeated layers of polish.
Performance is backed by a list of practical features: abrasion resistance, strong stain defense, and a construction intended for busy public areas, institutional floors, and industrial settings. The glue down method ensures a stable installation, minimizing the risk of shifting or wrinkling even under intense use or fluctuating environmental conditions. This flooring is built to maintain its color and surface quality even in locations where rolling equipment, carts, or machinery are common.
The entire wear layer is consistent throughout the 2 mm thickness, ensuring that scratches or cuts have minimal impact on appearance. With no layering to wear through, the color remains true over time. Those tasked with regular upkeep will notice the labor and supply savings from the no-wax maintenance schedule and the easy cleaning process compared to traditional alternatives.
