Buy Mohawk Woods 4.5 Yosemite Living Local Vinyl. This 9.25″ x 59″ Commercial Vinyl Brown is designed for commercial spaces and residential settings alike, offering a blend of durability and modern style in a wood grain embossed finish.
The profile on this plank sits at 4.5 mm thick from the floor to the squared edge, so you end up with flooring that’s sturdy enough for commercial install yet doesn’t overwhelm a room visually. Each piece stretches out to 59 inches in length and 9.25 inches across. That’s a wide footprint-enough to cut down on seams in larger installations, and easier to handle for a single-room reno. The Yosemite color stays pretty neutral: warm brown with subtle tonal shifts that read clean, not busy, once it’s in place. Mohawk’s M-Force Ultra finish earns its reputation here. This is a 20 mil wear layer-not easily gouged, even when you’re dragging furniture, and it holds up under rolling loads where a lighter residential product would start to show track marks. The wood grain texture isn’t just printed on-it’s embossed, so light plays off the surface in a way that catches the details, but without looking shiny or fake.
No pad is attached, so what you’re getting is a straightforward, glue-down installation (Mohawk offers M700 Vinyl Adhesive and M160 Spray Adhesive to match), plus all the critical accessories: stair treads for transitions, reducers, and T-molding if you need them. Every edge is squared, which lines up tight, so you aren’t seeing big gaps at the seams after install. Maintenance is low on this. Mop and bucket-no special polishes needed.
The 20-year residential warranty offers extra confidence if you’re putting this in high-traffic zones at home or in a workspace. Oh, and if you’re looking for fast logistics, there’s quick shipping and free local pick-up, and savings are available up to 40% off MSRP through the largest Mohawk supplier online.
If you want resilient vinyl plank flooring that handles commercial demands but still looks natural underfoot, this one fits. Quick Shipping.
