Call Today and Save with Mohawk Marion Living Local Vinyl Woods 4.5 Glue Commercial Vinyl 59 inch x 9.25 inch adapts to tough spaces with modern wood grain style and a truly resilient profile. This is flooring that solves daily wear concerns with commercial-grade vinyl, an approachable wood pattern, and steady dimensions that work across a spectrum of settings. It sets expectations for what you want underfoot-good looks paired with material that stands up to repeated use.
Each plank measures 59 inches long and 9.25 inches wide, which works equally well in open-plan spaces or standard-sized rooms. The 4.5 mm thickness with a substantial 20 mil wear layer gives the surface heft and staying power, ideal if you see lots of movement or need something dependable beneath. There’s no attached pad, so installation comes down to a stable, direct glue process, keeping the finished result anchored and free of flex, whether you’re handling a facility remodel or a busy family area.
The surface sports a M-Force Ultra finish that handles marking, scratching, and surface stains from shoes, rolling carts, and day-to-day cleaning equipment. The squared edge profile gives every plank a crisp meeting point, which helps keep everything looking intentionally neat even after the job’s done. The wood grain embossed texture aims for a pleasing visual balance-more natural than synthetic, not overly shiny, and less likely to show dust or evidence of heavy use that builds up in higher-traffic spots. It’s an option geared toward those who want reliable flooring but don’t want to give up a warm, residential appearance.
If you’re specifying for installations, this product is compatible with traditional M700 vinyl adhesive or the M160 spray adhesive, letting you adjust install speed or project workflow. Pair with available stair treads, reducers, and T-moldings to complete connections or transitions between different surfaces-these accessories help give your project a unified look from one area to another. Installation and ongoing maintenance remain straight-forward, and the Marion color within the Mohawk Woods series is neutral enough to match existing furniture or changing interior choices, whether commercial or residential.
There’s a 20-year residential warranty built in, meant to reassure those expecting high mileage and hoping for years of consistent performance. Additional support, product application notes, and accessory options are posted directly at our official product resource page. Order Online, Save Money.
