Buy with Confidence Mohawk Woods 2.5 Living Local Tan Tone Vinyl 7×48 Inch is made for busy spaces that need reliability and a welcoming look. This is a commercial-grade vinyl flooring, with each plank measuring 7 inches wide and 48 inches long. At 2.5 mm thick, it provides a low, stable profile underfoot-staying in place thanks to its glue-down installation method. The tan tone is versatile enough to work across office areas, retail spaces, or residential common rooms, with a woodgrain embossed texture that brings subtle character without being distracting.
The squared edge profile results in tight seams across each plank, giving installations a clean and continuous appearance. Mohawk’s M-Force Ultra finish offers surface protection that handles high-traffic settings well, resisting scratches and routine wear. The 20 mil wear layer means you can expect strong performance for years, and the 20-year residential warranty backs this up for those outfitting homes as well as professional spaces.
This vinyl plank does not have an attached pad, which lets you choose your own underlayment if you need extra cushioning or sound reduction. Accessories such as M700 Vinyl Adhesive, M160 Spray Adhesive, stair treads, reducers, and T-moldings are recommended for a well-matched and seamless fit at transitions or on stairs. Everything fits the same look and finish, keeping the overall setting coordinated and practical.
For anyone handling installations, consistent color across all planks and the reliable manufacturing standards from Mohawk remove guesswork and help keep project timelines steady. Cleaning and upkeep are uncomplicated; regular sweeping and simple cleaning solutions are all that’s needed for day-to-day appearance. Supply is managed for quick delivery, and you can reference full technical details or place bulk orders at the Mohawk Woods supplier page if you’re a contractor or facility manager.
