Order Your Mohawk Online | Woods 2.5 Roan Living Local Vinyl Brown Commercial Vinyl 7″ x 48″ is developed for commercial spaces that need the toughness of a 20 mil wear layer combined with the unmistakable look of classic wood grain. You get the Woods Series’ embossed texture, which gives it a tactile feel-there’s no plasticky sheen or fake pattern repeat, and the squared edge profile prevents any odd ridges when it’s installed row after row.
This vinyl is 2.5 mm thick, so it doesn’t balloon up over underlayments or transitions, and at 7 inches wide by 48 inches long, each plank reaches across floors just enough to feel substantial but not overwhelming. The Roan color leans neutral with a little warmth-easy to pair with modern, bright interiors or existing fixtures that need a fresh background.
Commercial applications see a steady parade of feet-offices, retail spaces, common hallways-and Mohawk builds this series with M-Force Ultra finish for added durability when it comes to dents and scratches. The squared edges mean joint lines stay tight, and the glue-down installation leaves no height difference-the floor stays flat even under rolling carts or heavy tables.
Accessories give you some flexibility: M700 Vinyl Adhesive for general install, M160 Spray Adhesive for quicker projects, stair treads and reducers if you need transitions or to handle a few steps without a mismatch. No attached pad keeps the profile straightforward, which makes it easier during installation, especially in spots where you can’t add height.
A twenty-year residential warranty means you’re not looking at a short-term fix, and you’ve got an option that can hold up in spaces where traffic never really stops. The product is made for professionals who want reliability over flash, and for property owners who would rather install once and not worry for a long time.
