Contact us now to purchase Mohawk Stones 4.5 Weathering Living Local Vinyl Gray Vinyl 24 inch x 12 inch is built for commercial spaces where daily foot traffic can be relentless, but looks and maintenance still matter. The surface features a stone-inspired texture paired with the M-Force Ultra finish, chosen specifically to stand up to scratches, scuffs, and spills in busy settings-think offices, retail, and corridors where durability matters as much as appearance.
This vinyl comes in 24-inch by 12-inch planks at 4.5 mm thickness, which means fewer seams and a solid, stable feel underfoot. You’ll notice the squared edge profile once installed-it creates a clean, modern line from one tile to the next. The 20 mil wear layer offers extra protection, so this flooring withstands rolling chairs, heavy carts, and repeated cleaning without losing its look or integrity. The color-Weathering-pulls off a neutral balance between gray and soft taupe, working with a variety of interiors without showing everything spilled or tracked in.
Installation is a glue-down process, and since there’s no attached pad, it’s compatible with existing underlayments or direct to slab. Accessories are available from Mohawk-including M700 Vinyl Adhesive, M160 Spray Adhesive, stair treads, reducers, and T-molding-to help finish transitions or stairs and keep the installation process efficient. The 20-year residential warranty is a practical bonus, giving peace of mind for projects expected to last years.
If ease of installation, long-term reliability, and a stone visual that isn’t overwhelming are on your checklist, this one is worth checking out. For more information or to access current pricing and buying options, follow this link to Mohawk Stones at Lemon Flooring. Order Now and Save.
