Shop Smart Savings Mohawk Mohawk Stones 4.5 Somma Living Local Vinyl Commercial Vinyl 24 inch x 12 inch delivers a high load tolerance surface with a modern stone-inspired embossed finish for reliable, glue-down commercial flooring.
When selecting flooring for spaces that see consistent activity, you want something that holds up and still maintains visual appeal. The Mohawk Stones 4.5 Somma Living Local Vinyl answers that call with stone-inspired embossing throughout each 24″ by 12″ plank. The subtle texture adds depth underfoot-this isn’t your run-of-the-mill commercial vinyl, and it stands out for proof of performance rather than flash.
Measuring 4.5 mm thick, these planks offer durability suited for both commercial and residential settings. The squared edges allow for clean, straight installations, creating a continuous look with less effort. At 24 inches long and 12 inches wide, fewer seams appear in your spaces, meaning less joint exposure and fewer lines to interrupt visual flow.
The installation process is glue-down for maximum stability, and the M-Force Ultra finish paired with a 20 mil wear layer means this floor copes with rolling office chairs, heavy foot traffic, and everyday scuffs. Without an attached pad, you have the flexibility to select an underlayment that addresses the acoustics or subfloor conditions specific to your project.
Versatility is extended by matching accessories like M700 Vinyl Adhesive, M160 Spray Adhesive, stair treads, reducers, and T-molding. These accessory options make it easier to resolve transitions between rooms, manage stairs, or complete large multi-zone floorplans efficiently.
If you’re choosing a color that won’t limit your décor options down the road, Somma offers earthy mineral tones that complement modern furnishings and high-traffic areas without dominating the room. The embossed surface brings enough variation that wear and tear won’t immediately catch the eye, which is practical for public or frequently used environments.
The manufacturer supports this floor with a 20-year residential warranty. For more technical specifications or installation guidance, details can be found directly in the official product documentation for professional support. Order Now and Save
