Choose Now and Save Mohawk Stones 4.5 Ranzazzo Living Local Vinyl 24 inch x 12 inch is a stone-inspired choice for commercial and residential spaces that need reliable, high-performance flooring. The surface uses a squared edge profile and an embossed texture that picks up visual cues from natural stone, offering a modern look with subtle depth underfoot.
Durability is a core feature: the 4.5 mm construction (with a substantial 20 mil wear layer) means this flooring holds up to high traffic, heavy loads, and routine cleaning, aided by the M-Force Ultra finish that stands up well over time. Every piece arrives with dimensions of 24 inches in length by 12 inches in width, so layout planning is straightforward and consistent throughout larger spaces.
Installation is glue down, and there is no attached pad, so you’ll have full control over what subfloor prep, moisture barrier, or underlayment works for your project needs. This is particularly helpful in commercial jobs, where specifications might vary from room to room. You can tailor the adhesive-use M700 Vinyl Adhesive for solid bond or M160 Spray Adhesive for fast application. Matching stair treads, reducers, and T-moldings are all available for a seamless flow between surfaces, making it easy to finish off transitions or steps without mismatched colors.
Maintenance is straightforward due to the wear layer and finish. The stone-inspired embossed texture gives traction and hides dust, while the color holds up well thanks to the commercial-grade formulation. It comes with a 20-year residential warranty, so it’s a practical pick for both property managers and homeowners looking for longevity without fussy upkeep.
This is part of the Mohawk Stones series, under the Ranzazzo Living Local color variation, and is backed by Mohawk’s reputation for commercial flooring solutions. Learn more about Mohawk Stones vinyl and other accessories.
