Experience Savings for Mohawk Stones 4.5 Jack Rabbit Living Local Vinyl 12 inch x 24 inch steps into demanding settings with materials and finishes suited for projects where high traffic and reliability matter. This commercial vinyl flooring comes in a versatile gray stone-inspired look, offering a 4.5 mm profile and a 20 mil wear layer. It handles the constant movement of chairs, carts, and busy foot traffic without showing wear too quickly. The squared-edge format gives installations in lobbies, corridors, or retail environments a precise, finished look without any artificially rounded seams.
The Jack Rabbit shade is an easy fit for modern palettes-neither too cold nor overly bold-making it a practical option for open office layouts, common areas, and even retail. Its subtle stone embossing shifts under changing light, keeping spaces visually interesting compared to flat, smooth vinyl. The M-Force Ultra finish protects the surface from scuffs and stains, providing practical performance for spaces that don’t slow down.
Installation is glue-down, which means faster set-up and a solid, movement-resistant result that works well in both new builds and renovations. Accessories such as matching stair treads, reducers, T-molding, and compatible adhesives can be paired for smooth transitions and professional details throughout the property. For those needing more information on installation choices or coordinating trims, details are always available at Mohawk’s product listing page.
