Purchase Mohawk Stones 2.5 Tephra Living Local Vinyl 12″ x 24″ brings a stone-inspired style to demanding commercial spaces, built for areas where appearance and surface performance both matter. The surface uses a squared edge and embossed stone detail, so you get a tactile finish that feels a bit more substantial underfoot, and keeps glare low even in bright lighting.
This flooring is constructed from commercial grade vinyl at 2.5 mm thickness, with a 20 mil wear layer specifically included for durability on high-traffic projects. The 24-inch length and 12-inch width are purpose-chosen for broad area coverage, so you can work through installs quickly-no wasted time recutting awkward tiles. The glue-down installation is straightforward and allows the floor to lay flat and tight even in heavily used corridors or open offices.
The M-Force Ultra finish is about resisting scuffs, scratches, and stains, plus it makes for easier cleaning once people start tracking in grit. With high load tolerance baked in, this series is one you can run in retail, medical, education, and mixed-use environments with the confidence that the surface can handle rolling carts, heavy equipment, and high daily foot traffic. The 20-year residential warranty is a good indicator that you’re getting more than just a quick fix-this is meant to last, not just for a season but for long-term value.
Every order comes with accessory options like M700 Vinyl Adhesive or M160 Spray Adhesive for installation, and compatible reducers, T-moldings, and commercial stair treads to finish edges without guessing about fit. The tephra color offers a neutral gray-taupe base-neither too cold nor too yellow-playing well with a wide range of wall and cabinet finishes without dominating the room.
