Available Now Mohawk Planked Goldenrod Oak Vinyl Flooring 36 inch x 6 inch is designed for durability and a modern wood-grain look in demanding spaces. You get a 5.0 mm thick construction paired with a 20 mil wear layer-enough to easily handle high foot traffic, rolling loads, and whatever else tends to come through a commercial entryway or office hall. The squared edges give each plank a clean transition, and the wood grain embossed texture brings some visual warmth without looking too busy or artificial.
This is a loose lay installation, so if you’re looking to update a space quickly without adhesives or extra padding, this checks the box. But if you want added versatility, both M700 Vinyl Adhesive and M160 Spray Adhesive are available to match different installation preferences or subfloor conditions. No attached pad here, which keeps things simpler for fitting room transitions and working with separate underlayment where needed.
The Planked series in this Goldenrod Oak color aims for that easy match with broad interiors-bright enough to avoid gloom, natural enough to work with existing furnishings or contrasting trims. Sized at 36 inches long and 6 inches wide per plank, the profile suits commercial and residential zones where traffic is constant, but upkeep has to stay manageable. The M-Force Ultra finish holds up against scrapes, stains, and spills, so maintenance feels less like a daily worry and more like a quick pass with the mop.
Mohawk lists a 20-year residential warranty on this product, which is about as reassuring as you’ll find for commercial grade vinyl. For trimming edges or finishing staircases, compatible accessories like stair treads, reducers, and T-molding let you finish the job with matching detail work.
