Introducing Adjustable Round Gas Vent Flashing, a 6‑inch, Type B solution engineered for seamless roof penetration. Crafted with a sturdy galvanized steel shell and a sleek aluminum core, this flashing delivers reliable performance while maintaining a low‑profile appearance that blends with any roofing material.
Why it matters: The double‑wall architecture creates an insulating air gap that preserves the temperature of the interior conduit and reduces heat transfer to the exterior. This design helps extend the life of your gas‑fired appliances and safeguards the surrounding roof structure from excess heat.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Adjustable Pitch Range: Easily set the flashing from flat (0°) to a 6/12 roof slope, providing flexibility for diverse roof pitches and simplifying installation.
- Dual‑Wall Insulation: Built‑in air chamber keeps the inner pipe hot while the outer surface stays cooler, enhancing energy efficiency and safety.
- UL‑441 & NFPA Certified: Meets Underwriters Laboratories and National Fire Protection Association standards (NFPA 54, NFPA 211) for peace of mind and code compliance.
- Durable Galvanized Steel Exterior: 28‑gauge steel resists corrosion and harsh weather, ensuring long‑term durability for residential and commercial projects.
- Secure Lock‑Tab System: Innovative locking tab offers an extra anchoring option when local regulations require additional pipe restraint.
Final Thoughts: Whether you’re venting a water heater, furnace, stove, or any other gas‑powered equipment, this adjustable flashing delivers a robust, code‑approved connection that protects both your home and the environment. Its versatile design, premium materials, and certified safety features make it the smart choice for reliable roof venting solutions.
