Flex Paste Flood Protection Removable Rubber Paste is a high-performance sealant designed to keep water out of basements, crawl spaces, utility rooms, and other vulnerable areas. The bright-yellow paste spreads easily and forms a flexible, rubber-like membrane that adheres to concrete, wood, metal, and masonry surfaces. Because it uses removable rubber technology, you can apply a watertight seal without permanent alterations to your property—making it ideal for temporary projects, seasonal protection, or areas that may need future maintenance and inspection access.
Flex Paste Flood Protection delivers a professional-grade barrier that resists cracking, shrinking, and UV degradation, providing reliable defense against moisture penetration. The fast-curing formula sets within minutes, allowing you to complete flood-prevention tasks quickly. When the job is done or seasonal threats have passed, the seal peels away cleanly without damaging the substrate underneath.
