The Coghlan’s 1577 Fire Poker is a chrome-plated tool designed for safe and comfortable fire management in any setting. Whether you’re tending a fireplace, campfire, or backyard fire pit, this poker lets you adjust logs and coals from a secure distance. The telescoping shaft extends from 17 to 30 inches, giving you control and reach while keeping your hands and body away from heat and flames.
A stay-cool wooden handle insulates your grip from heat buildup, so you can work comfortably without gloves during long evenings by the fire. The chrome-plated steel finish resists rust and corrosion, maintaining a clean appearance through regular use and outdoor storage. When not in use, the poker collapses to a compact size, fitting easily into camping gear, tool kits, or storage spaces around your home.
