The Forney 71993 is a Type 29 flap disc designed for rapid material removal and finishing on right angle grinders. The 4-inch disc features multiple layers of sharp zirconia cloth flaps that constantly expose fresh, aggressive cutting points as the disc wears, delivering fast cutting action that outlasts traditional sanding discs by up to 10 times. Its flexible construction makes it ideal for rough or fine finishing work.
Built with a reinforced fiberglass backing plate, this flap disc resists vibration and delivers smooth, balanced operation during extended grinding and finishing tasks. Each disc undergoes balance testing to ensure vibration-free performance on your grinder, while the state-of-the-art lamination process guarantees consistent quality and durability across every application.
