Lucas Safeguard Ethanol Fuel Conditioner with Stabilizers was developed to address the specific challenges of using ethanol-based fuels in modern engines. Ethanol fuels such as E-10, E-15, E-85, and pure ethanol—as well as any mixtures with gasoline—can create combustion residues, varnish, and gum deposits that compromise fuel system performance and engine longevity. This formula works across all these fuel types while remaining completely soluble and safe for fuel filters.
Whether you drive year-round in changing seasons, store vehicles between uses, or rely on ethanol blends at the pump, this fuel conditioner helps keep your engine running cleanly and your fuel stable. One 16-ounce bottle treats multiple fuel tanks, making it an economical choice for regular fuel system maintenance.
Features and Benefits
- Ethanol Fuel Compatibility: Formulated to work with E-10, E-15, E-85, pure ethanol, and any gasoline-ethanol blends without harming fuel filters or system components.
- Cleans Critical Fuel Components: Removes deposits from injectors, valve seats, and combustion chambers to restore fuel system efficiency.
- Rust and Corrosion Protection: Contains effective additives that neutralize the corrosive effects of ethanol combustion residues and protect engine oil lubricants.
- Prevents Varnish and Gum: Stabilizes fuel and inhibits varnish and gum formation, keeping fuel systems clean during storage and seasonal use.
- Multiple Applications: One 16-ounce bottle is sufficient for multiple fuel system cleanings.
